Dawei LIU has long been committed to the research and practice of green urban and rural construction.He has edited a number of books including From Green Building to Green City, Technical Manual of Prefabricated Building (Concrete Volume), Green Building Design Standards and so on.he research results of Mr. Liu have won the second prize of China Award for Science and Technology in Construction , the third prize of National Excellent Urban and Rural Planning and Design (Village planning), the first prize of Jiangsu Development Research, the first prize of Jiangsu Construction Science and Technology Innovation Achievements, and the third prize of Jiangsu Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievements. 

劉大威副廳長長期致力于綠色城鄉建設研究與實踐，先后主編了《從綠色建筑到綠色城市》《裝配式建筑技術手冊（混凝土分冊）》《綠色建筑設計標準》等多部著作。成果獲華夏建設科技二等獎、全國優秀城鄉規劃設計（村鎮規劃）三等獎、江蘇發展研究一等獎、江蘇省建設科技創新成果一等獎、江蘇省哲學社會科學優秀成果三等獎等多項榮譽。
